2019 Earwax Removal
Directors/ audiologists Usman and Zunaid – two friends who met at university UoM, saw that EWR was difficult to find especially as a home service, long waiting times, covid – no ewr on nhs etc. Noticed that there was a need for a home service – especially for the elderly where travelling to clinic can be a struggle or housebound – for busy professionals who don’t have the time.
2019
Expansion
Became very busy, expanded into more locations and staff to cover different areas. Noticed that patients loved the idea of coming to the comfort of their home, convenient not having to travel into the centre parking etc, clinicians preferred with not having to be stuck in one clinic room all day.
Podiatry
Integrated podiatry – usman brother Umar– who is a podiatrist – saw the demand for mobile podiatry – huge waiting lists with the NHS – expanded to more locations in the north west and midlands.
2024
Earwax Removal Training
Launched EWR pharm training in 2024, since have trained over 200 pharmacies and professionals nationwide. Attended pharmacy shows 24 and this year.
